WHERE ART AND COMPASSION GO HAND IN HAND

Songbird Home Decor is a small business specializing in creating custom textile designs that bring beauty and uniqueness into your home and serve a greater societal purpose. Each piece is designed with love, care, and an eye for detail, ensuring it is as unique as the people who purchase it.

I started exploring art and design of every kind at a young age. I have always been fascinated by every detail, the textures, shapes, colors, and how they all come together. While attending college, I decided to become a Cosmetologist. I loved sculpture, but found clay throwing was not a medium I was skilled at. Instead, I sculpted hair and applied all the details I had studied in other mediums. 

Throughout all my life's adventures, I have always wanted to combine all the media I have explored and apply it to home decor. I finally took the step forward and opened my store. I chose the name Songbird to symbolize the beauty, inspiration, and calmness that nature provides.
