Where are your products made?

All Songbird Home Decor pillows and placemats are manufactured in the United States. We source raw materials from various international textile manufacturers. Our shower curtains are manufactured in China.

What kind of fabric do you use for your pillows?

Our pillows are made from either a satin-polyester, which has a silky feel with a subtle sheen, or a linen-polyester, which has the look and feel of linen with a flat affect.

Are your pillows machine washable?

Yes and no, our pillow covers are machine washable. We recommend using cold water and line drying or using a low temperature dryer setting. Our inserts are hand wash only.

Are your pillow inserts removable?

Yes, our inserts are removable, making our covers easy to clean.

Do you have a reviews page?

Yes we do. All our reviews are written by verified customers who have purchased the items they are reviewing. We use a third party review company, Judge.me.

How do I leave a review?

Shortly after your items are delivered, you will receive an email from us containing a link where you can leave your review. You can also attach pictures and videos to showcase your items.

What are my shipping options?

We offer free standard shipping on all Songbird Home Decor products.

How long will it take for my products to arrive?

All products are made to order, and therefore take a little longer to arrive. On average our products arrive within 8 days. However, it can take up to 15 business days depending on logistics. If you need your products for a special occasion, we recommend allowing enough time for the full 15 business days for arrival of your order.

What kind of packaging do my items arrive in?

As part of our mission to reduce waste, we minimize plastic use in our packaging and opt for post-consumer recycled materials whenever possible.

How long do I have to return my items?

You have 30 days from the date your items arrive to return them to us. We use hassle-free returns through SHOP. Simply log in to your account and create a return, no questions asked.

Where do you ship from?

We use a third-party supplier who ships from either Charlotte, North Carolina or Dallas, Texas depending on logistics.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

Yes; However, delivery time can take an additional 7 to 12 business days.

Can I send a personalized message with a gift card?

Yes, when you purchase an e-gift card you can send a personalized message to the recipient. You can also schedule the day you want the gift card to arrive in the recipient's email.
