Q: What kind of packaging do my items arrive in?
We use post consumer recycled packaging. The plastic bags we use are 90-100% recycled plastic. We encourage our customers to scan the packaging QR code to find the nearest drop off location so the plastic packaging can be recycled again.
Q: Why did my items arrive without a clear plastic package around them?
A: In an effort to reduce plastic consumption, we package items directly into the shipping envelope whenever possible.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We use a third party supplier who ships from either Charlotte, North Carolina or Dallas, Texas depending on logistics.
Q: Why does it take so long for my products to arrive?
A: Products are made to order, meaning we make your order especially for you. So it takes us a little longer to ship your items. When you order from us, you help reduce the amount of otherwise overstocked products that end up in land fills. Thank you for making a conscientious purchase decision.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States?
A: Yes; However, delivery time can take an additional 7-12 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do not currently ship internationally.

A: We offer free shipping on all orders.
Q: Are your pillows sewn or are they covers?
A: We sell pillow covers either with or without an insert. Our covers feature a hidden zipper in either black or white depending on the design's color scheme.
Q: Are your pillows machine washable?
A: All our pillow covers are machine washable. We recommend line drying or using a low tumble dryer setting. Our inserts are spot clean or hand wash only.
Q: What kind of fabric do you use for your pillows?
A: Our pillow covers and inserts are 100% polyester. The covers come in either a satin or linen variation.
Q: Where are your products manufactured?
A: All pillow covers shipped within the USA are manufactured in either Charlotte, North Carolina or Dallas, Texas. Our pillow inserts are manufactured in Mexico.
Q: Where do you source your raw materials from?
A: We source the raw materials used to manufacture our products from Mexico, Poland, and China.
